Process of handling
1、 租賃雙方持第二條規定的有關證件，到房屋租賃管理辦公室登記

2、 租賃工作人員對證件進行審查,對租賃合同進行監證，審查初步通過后予以簽署初審意見

3、 在初審通過的基礎上進行二交審查，簽署二審意見

4、 租賃雙方交納規定稅費后，發給承租人《房屋租賃登記證》

5、 在手續齊全，審查無誤的情況下，三天內辦完
