Process of handling
1、 租賃雙方持第二條規定的有關證件,到房屋租賃管理辦公室登記

2、 租賃工作人員對證件進行審查,對租賃合同進行監證,審查初步通過后予以簽署初審意見

3、 在初審通過的基礎上進行二交審查,簽署二審意見

4、 租賃雙方交納規定稅費后,發給承租人《房屋租賃登記證》
