焊接機頭運行由步進電機經微型減速器，再經齒輪、齒條實現直線運動。

步進電機為無級調速，焊接機頭由PLC控制，可根據需要設置行程大小。*大行程極限由行程開關控制，以保證安全。

安裝于焊接機頭上與焊槍相連，可實現較寬焊縫的連續焊接。

可預設多套擺動參數，方便焊接時擺動參數的切換。
