從事道路危險貨物運輸經營的，應當具備下列條件：
The following conditions shall be provided for the transportation and operation of road dangerous goods:
1.自有專用車輛5輛以上;

2.專用車輛技術性能符合國家標準《營運車輛綜合性能要求和檢驗方法》(GB18565)的要求，車輛外廓尺寸、軸荷和質量符合國家標準《道路車輛外廓尺寸、軸荷和質量限值》(GB1589)的要求，車輛技術等級達到行業標準《營運車輛技術等級劃分和評定要求》(JT/T198)規定的一級技術等級;
