| ISO15614認(rèn)證-焊接工藝評(píng)定認(rèn)證流程 |
焊接工藝評(píng)定（Welding Procedure Qualification Record，簡(jiǎn)稱WPQR)為驗(yàn)證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)過程及結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)，一般在考取ISO9606國(guó)際焊工證時(shí)，都需要焊工的焊接件按照EN15614進(jìn)行焊接工藝評(píng)定，在合格后，簽發(fā)國(guó)際焊工證。

焊接工藝評(píng)定目的：
1.評(píng)定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關(guān)國(guó)家或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)規(guī)范所要求的焊接接頭；
2.驗(yàn)證施焊單位所擬定的焊接工藝規(guī)程是否正確；
3.為制定正式的焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術(shù)依據(jù)。
適用范圍：
1.適用于鍋爐、壓力容器、壓力管道、橋梁、船舶、航天器、核能以及承重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等鋼制設(shè)備的制造、安裝、檢修工作；
2.適用于氣焊、焊條電弧焊、鎢極氬弧焊、熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊、埋弧焊、等離子弧焊、電渣焊等焊接方法。
EN15614焊接工藝評(píng)定流程：
1.提交委托書和參數(shù)；
2.編制預(yù)焊接工藝規(guī)程；
3.焊接試件；
4.外觀檢查；
5.合格后出具焊接工藝評(píng)定。
