消防栓箱自動生產(chǎn)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)工藝：
放料系統(tǒng)—校平機—伺服送料系統(tǒng)—沖孔系統(tǒng)—成型主機—液壓切斷—自動折框系統(tǒng)—收料，電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。
整套自動生產(chǎn)線改變了加工消火栓箱箱體靠剪板折彎手工制作的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝。
具體表現(xiàn)為：四邊一塊板料加底板組成箱體外殼。（生產(chǎn)工藝：自動送料、沖孔、封邊、折彎、成型、一次完成）。消防栓箱殼體高度、寬度、深度隨意變化，快速調(diào)整，生產(chǎn)工藝無廢料，一個人即可操作生產(chǎn)。大量減少了焊接和打磨工序，節(jié)省了人工,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。一套設(shè)備可以代替20個工人的工作量。
Production process of automatic production equipment for fire hydrant box:

The whole set of automatic production line has changed the traditional production process of processing hydrant box by hand by bending the shear plate.
