Product Description:ECCOBOND G 500 is a one component, heat cured, gray, general purpose epoxy adhesive and sealant.
It is a low viscosity, easily pumped, nonabrasive paste and features a long shelf life at room temperature. ECCOBOND G 500 cures to a high gloss finish with excellent resistance to heat and water and excellent dielectric properties.
Applications:ECCOBOND G 500 is designed for the assembly and insulation of copper and other metals,and rigid plastics.
It is also used for attaching leads tocoils.Storage and Handling: The shelf life of ECCOBOND G 500 is 4months at 25°C. For best results, store in original, tightly covered containers. Storage in cool, clean and dry areas is recommended.
Usable shelf life may vary depending on method of application and storage temperature.
Health and Safety: The ECCOBOND G 500, like most epoxy compounds, possesses the ability to cause skin and eye irritation upon contact.
Certain individuals may also develop an allergic reaction after exposure (skin contact, inhalation of vapors, etc.) which may manifest itself in a number of ways including skin rashes and an itching sensation.
Handling this product at elevated temperatures may also generate vapors irritating to the respiratory system.
