本設備是配套塑料扁絲拉絲機組的輔機。利用聚丙烯、聚乙烯為原料，經加熱、擠出、剖絲、拉伸，經本設備纖化系統開網成絲裂膜扁絲后由收卷機收卷后供裂膜線數控一步法捻線機加捻一步成型。塑料膜、塑料絲經過平膜纖化裝置開網機纖化后變得柔軟。纖化工藝廣泛應用于塑料集裝袋、集裝袋吊帶、土工布、電纜纜芯、人造草坪、裂膜縫包線等。
Introduce:
It’s an auxiliary machine for plastic tape drawing machine.
This machine, through heating, extruding and drawing processes, uses polypropylene and polyethylene material to make tape that is then twisted and formed by digital control one step twister for split film yarn after taken up by take-up machine.
The plastic film and plastic thread become soft after fiberized. The fiberizing technology is widely used in plastic flexible container bag, Container lifting belt, geo-textile, cable core, man-made lawn and split film yarn etc.
