用途及構成：
本機組是我公司參照國外先進設備，結合幾十年塑機生產的經驗而開發的升級換代產品，是用于制作PP繩，又叫亞麻繩，南韓麻繩，強度高，耐磨，適用于高空作業，沿海港口，水產養殖，海上作業高強度圓絲，及二次成型的塑料亞麻扁絲的理想設備。
本機組由擠出機、冷卻水箱、五輥牽引機、空氣循環加熱烘箱、五輥牽引成型機、臥式收卷機、電控箱七大部件組成。
特點：
1、采用混煉型高強度合金鋼螺桿、具有塑化性能好，擠出量均勻，耐腐蝕、耐磨損等優點。
2、新穎模頭結構，濾網更換方便，耐熱合金噴絲板，噴絲尺寸統一。
3、五輥牽引機設置聯動裝置，實現速度同步調節。
4、冷、熱水箱由不銹鋼板制作，永不生銹。
5、臥式收卷機由力矩電機實現單絲收卷。收卷平穩噪聲低、節能、可靠性好。
