不銹鋼焊絲
說明：ER308L焊絲主要成分是低C-18Cr-8Ni。配用SJ601不銹鋼堿性燒結焊劑，其焊縫金屬具有良好的力學性能，抗晶間腐蝕性能、抗裂性良好；具有不增Si、不增C，且Cr、Ni燒損小等特點。
用途：廣泛應用于石油化工等行業，如022Cr19Ni9（SU304L）等材料的焊接。
Instructions: The ER308L welding stick consists mainly of low C-18Cr-8Ni. It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601. It’s welding line metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack . It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni . Due to a low content of carbon ,it has excellent inoxidability.
Use: It’s widely used to weld materials in many industries like petrochemical industry, such as 022Cr19Ni9(SUS304L).

Cautions ：
Consumers should pay attention to the purity of the shielding gas .The recommended gas mixture ratio is Ar and 1~3%O2。The TIG should use pure Ar.
The gas flow rate is 20~25L/min.
The elongation length is 15~25mm.
The rust scale ,moisture,oil stain and dust in the welding position should be definitely cleaned.
When welding outdoors with over 1.5m/s wind speed ,appropriate wind proof measures should be taken ,in case of air vent .
