1，概述：本套設備是我司研發出來的一款專用于建筑屋面保溫隔熱瓦，可以生產聚氨酯（PU）發泡材質彩鋼屋面瓦，琉璃瓦，也可以生產聚苯乙烯（EPS）材質的符合彩鋼屋面瓦。該設備整體采用PLC中央控制，從放卷到發泡成型到裁切都自動完成。產品厚度可調，省時、省工、效率高，操作簡單、方便。
Summary: This type of manufacturing line is dedicated to make insulation tile for construction. Can be used for making PU color steel tile and EPS color steel tile. The equipment adopts PLC central control system. From unreeling to cutting, the whole processes are by automatic. The thickness of the products is adjustable, this equipment can save time, save labor, high efficiency, operate easily.

●預熱箱為雙層，中間用巖棉保溫，下層為滾軸輸送
