1) 非標型30P螺桿式冷水機，低溫注塑專用50P制冷機參數安裝機組時，注意不要損壞機組，冷水機四周與其它物體的凈空距離不得少于800mm,以方便維修保養機組與散熱。

3) 冷凍水回路必須安裝Y型過濾器，封閉式冷凍水系統*高處必須安裝自動排氣閥，系統*低處安裝排水接頭，以便系統排水用。

4) 根據機組制冷能力選用匹配的冷卻塔。

5) 用戶連接水管時，請確認示意圖中出、入水管道位置，錯接管道將導致機組無法正常運行。機組預留的水管接駁口管徑均為標準尺寸，任何情況下水管口徑均不能小于接駁口標準管徑，否則將導致壓力報警、并對壓縮機、水泵造成損壞。
6) 冷凍水喉通過試漏后，包保溫層，避免冷量散失及管路滴水。
