GPO-3/GPO-1是由無堿玻璃纖維氈板浸以不飽和聚酯樹脂糊，并添加相應的添加劑經熱壓而成的硬性板狀絕緣材料。 GPO-3絕緣板，等同于NEMA標準： UPGM-203 ，指的是不飽和聚酯玻璃纖維氈板材料，機械和電氣用，高濕下電氣性能好，中等溫度下機械性能好，具有阻燃性，耐電弧和耐抗漏電痕跡性能佳。GPO-1耐溫更高，強度更好。
UPGM203層壓板應用：
