特性（Characteristics）
1.BT-104 Enameled Wire StripperBe applicable to depainting for motor, transformer, voice coil of the line of AI (200), PI (220),and other high temperature enameled wire;
2.BT-104 Enameled Wire StripperMust be heated to 380 - 450 ℃;
3.BT-104 Enameled Wire Stripper Environmental protection (qualified by RoHs test), fast, 3 - 5 seconds to remove.

BT－104 Enameled Wire Stripper is a white powder;
操作流程（Technical process）
Enamelled wire→Immersed in the solution（heated to 380 – 450℃ ）,10 - 20 seconds
→ wash the wire→ immersed in the BT－122 → wash → solder
注意事項（Attention）
1. As this product is used in high temperature conditions,you should pay more attention for safety,you should wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, glasses, avoid to contact with skin, eyes, if you are injured,flush with water immediately (severe required medical diagnosis);
2.When the heating is beginning, you should cover the container with metal to avoid heating up the melt which due to the uneven heating of the stripping pink splash; Don’t use it until the stripping powder is fully melted and then open the lid;
3.After stripping, you should seal the container to avoild the powder absorb water from air. If not, the water will boiling and splash next time.which make the efficiency of stripper lower. |
