影響磷化效果的因素-表調:

根據通過表調劑力的光線來判別表調分子大小,好的表調劑的透光性能很好,有點發黃,這表示表調劑離子小于或等于波長,表明活性高,效果好,反之,差的表調劑的離子較大,溶液比較渾濁,通光性能弱,只能通光強光。

防銹油

3. 加工件末端有油點現象
4. 嚴重時加工件在干燥處理后,也完全有油點。
浸油之前的工件表面要求:
1. 工件表面的污垢需清楚干凈,需做到三次以上的串聯清洗。
2. 工件表面上不可有酸性殘余,表面PH值為中性。
3. 鹽分過多PH值下降,鹽分沉淀于槽液中,從而破壞磷化水中的油分,造成棕色或破壞乳化劑
