氟硼酸鈉在磷化過程中的作用
他是復(fù)雜的氟化物,可以提供氟離子,對磷化液起到重要作用。可以加速磷化膜的生成,可以使鋼件表層產(chǎn)生均與的腐蝕層,尤其是可以促進(jìn)鋅膜的融化,使得它表層呈現(xiàn)有利于磷酸鹽晶粒的活化區(qū),促使磷化速度的加快進(jìn)行,得到致密抗腐蝕性能強(qiáng)的磷化膜,升高磷化膜的抗酸性的作用。
