但是，磷化膜顏色根據材質，熱處理和游離酸影響比較大。油很重會導致磷化膜不均勻，有花斑產生。
回火的時候才用質量差的產品，磷化膜容易變黑。游離酸越高顏色越深。
所以要想做好磷化加工，就必須控制好游離酸，總酸，酸比。使之控制在*佳范圍內，才可以保證磷化膜的顏色。
工作設備：此工作槽體是3噸的槽，可以裝2.5噸的磷化液，每框裝500根據。
現有兩臺行車，這樣裝卸比較方便，省力高效。磷化槽四周鋪加熱管道，需要一個柵欄套住加熱管上面，這樣才能保護好加熱管不受碰傷，還可以避免沉渣吸附在工件上面。
