因?yàn)榱谆け容^薄，不對(duì)工件尺寸產(chǎn)生影響，和力學(xué)性能。與傳統(tǒng)的高溫發(fā)黑相比具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì).
高溫發(fā)黑耗能大且不環(huán)保，防腐性能很差。鹽霧時(shí)間只有幾個(gè)小時(shí)。
更嚴(yán)重的是發(fā)黑前使用強(qiáng)酸去除氧化皮。對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的高溫發(fā)黑工藝存在的問題，可以采用氧化的方法去除工件的氧化皮。

所謂的表調(diào)用專業(yè)的術(shù)語來講就是表面調(diào)整，是把工件放入裝有表調(diào)液的槽子里進(jìn)行表面調(diào)整處理的過程。
有人說我們的磷化液不需要表調(diào)，也可以做的很好，其實(shí)這種說法是完全錯(cuò)誤的。
表面調(diào)整可以去除除油，酸洗而造成的零件表面不均勻。
可以促進(jìn)零件表層的活力，還能形成大量極細(xì)的結(jié)晶層，加快磷化膜的形成。
使磷化膜更細(xì)膩，膜細(xì)致均衡，膜層光滑。
還能避免磷酸鐵，優(yōu)化了涂裝的附著力，而且還能改變磷化膜的防腐性能，耐磨。
改善磷化性能，能減少磷化時(shí)間，減少一半時(shí)間，降低磷化的溫度條件。
改變工件的材質(zhì)，有些工件含有許多的石墨成分，這些石墨在磷化的時(shí)候散開成很多的部分。即使它對(duì)磷化反應(yīng)很有幫助，但是磷化出來的磷化膜很不勻稱。
細(xì)膩性很差，但通過表調(diào)后，磷化效果很好。
