影響磷化膜的工藝因素
1.由于工件本身碳含量的不同,或者熱處理使碳在表面累計。
2.表層含碳量高,對磷化膜的抗腐蝕性能,和附著力都會有很大的影響,造成表面粗糙。
3.利用高精密儀器可以看出,工件表面含碳量低是比較容易磷化木的產生,膜層細膩一致。抗腐蝕性能好,顏色較淺,
4.相反表面含碳量高,不好磷化顏色較深,容易產生色斑,缺陷較多。
5.合金鋼中鉻原子含量小于百分之二時,可以形成均勻的磷化膜。
6.當鉻含量大于百分之八時形成磷化膜困難。
7.必須采用快磷化,強腐蝕,拋丸,部分可以解決合金鋼難以形成磷化膜的問題。
8.硅原子含量高不易磷化,膜層粗大。
9.錳原子在磷化過程里可以均勻的分部到結晶組織里,從而使磷化膜致密,膜層顏色深
10.含鎳的工件經熱處理后,合金組織發生變化,磷化困難,容易出現各種缺陷。

17.所以光潔度高的工件,磷化之前必須進行預處理,酸洗,或者拋丸。
18.銹蝕的工件會影響磷化膜的質量。況且前處理后導致工件表面顏色不均勻,同樣會影響磷化質量。因此不要用銹蝕的工件,特別要防止采用不同廠家,不同批次的工件來加工。
19.否則,因工件的差異導致磷化膜質量不一樣,同事在加工過程里,盡量不要破壞工件防銹膜和加工后長時間存放。
