ASA樹脂是由苯乙烯、丙烯腈和壓克力橡膠等三元聚合物共聚合而成的一種抗沖改性樹脂,具有良好的機(jī)械物理性能,ASA和ABS的結(jié)構(gòu)相似,都是由丙烯腈和丁二烯橡膠組成,其保留了ABS作為工程塑料所具有的極佳的機(jī)械物理性能。ASA具有很強(qiáng)的耐候性和比較好的耐高溫性能,另外ASA是一種防靜電材料,能使表面少積灰塵。
ASA樹脂,即使無涂層保護(hù),在抗寒耐熱環(huán)境下,也具有異乎尋常的耐久性。戶外應(yīng)用時,GELOY樹脂即使長期暴露于紫外線、濕汽、熱、寒和沖擊下,仍能保持其顏色穩(wěn)定性。 它可以熱壓成型(也可以注塑和吹塑).
ASA片材級樹脂可成型,用作大型結(jié)構(gòu)件,如溫泉池、泳池梯階,以及其它休閑應(yīng)用。高級GELOY系列塑料具有改良的外觀特性、顏色選擇性、良好的耐化學(xué)性能、耐高溫性和改良的加工性能。
ASA樹脂具有:戶外耐候能力,可混合性(調(diào)合用原料),耐高溫 - RTI高達(dá)125°F(50°C),HDT高達(dá)220°F(104°C)(烏黑色),高光澤度,色彩穩(wěn)定性,紫外穩(wěn)定性,耐化學(xué)劑性
ASA樹脂的典型應(yīng)用包括:汽車觀后鏡外殼及外部裝飾組件,窗線及門廓的擠塑固體型材,房屋壁板和窗戶共擠塑調(diào)和用原料,雨水邊槽系統(tǒng)及柵欄,自動售貨機(jī)裝飾,娛樂車(RV)、旅行拖車及汽車住房組件,溫泉池、泳池梯階,園藝拖拉機(jī)、雪地汽車、小型水運(yùn)設(shè)備的外殼 |
