一、 用途和適用范圍
主要用于小型五金零件、標準件及儀器儀表、鐘表、自行車、縫紉機、軸承、汽車、電器件、塑料、有色金屬、貴重手工藝品等行業各類產品零件的去毛刺、表面拋光。特別對異形零件的表面光整有其特異的優越功能。經該機光整加工后的零件，不僅保持原有的形位精度，而且能改善零件表面粗糙度精度1~2級，廣泛適用批量小型零件光整加工。本研磨機結構簡單、牢固、沒有故障隱患，配上定時器可以完全無人操作，一人可以同時操作3~4臺。
