國鼎（GD）鋼構輕型樓層板
國鼎（RD）鋼構輕質樓層板采用鋼框、鋼桁架、橫縱向交叉配筋與GD無機芯材的結合，形成了聚合承重層、保溫隔音層和憎水防水層有效的功能體系，板底高強防水層處理，具有更高的強度和抗沖擊能力，又具有了輕質的特性。
產品特性：
自重輕——GD無機芯材容重700-1000 kg/m³獨特的輕質芯材加鋼骨架，板自重0.8-1.1 KN/m²，僅為傳統混凝土屋面重量的30%。
強度高——允許外加荷載3.5-10KN/m²，能夠滿足民居、商場、棧橋等各種場所對荷載的要求。
耐久長——鋼桁架、防腐鋼網與無機芯材的結合，有效抵抗酸、堿侵蝕，設計使用年限與鋼筋混凝土相同。
防火高——GD無機芯材耐火極限2小時。
隔音佳——GD無機芯材進行各種密度的材料疊加，平均隔音高達45dp以上。
防水嚴——GD無機芯材自然防水層，可根據需求另做防水處理。
配套強——與鋼梁焊接，整體性強；簡便的施工，節約成本；與鋼梁平接，降低層高的消耗。
適用范圍：
與混凝土、鋼結構配套，適合于民用多層LOFT建筑、商務辦公房以及多層的廠房、倉庫、現有改造夾層等。

Features:
Light Weight - GD inorganic glue sand core material -bulk density as 700-1000 kg/m³ - unique lightweight core material plus steel-framed, board weighs 0.8-1.1 KN / m², only the 30% weight of traditional concrete roof.
High Strength - Allowing external loading is 3.5-10KN/m², can meet load requirements of residential areas, shopping malls, trestle bridge and other places.
Durablity - Steel truss, the combination of anti-corrosion steel mesh and inorganic core material, effectively resistance to acid and alkali erosion, with the same design life of steel-concrete.
Fire Resistance - Fire-resistant limit of GD inorganic sand core material is 2 hours.
Good Soundproof - GD inorganic glue sand core material is superimposed by various densities of materials, the average soundproof can be up to above 45dp.
Wonderful Waterproof - Natural waterproof layer of GD inorganic sand core material can also do waterproofing treatment on demands.
Strong Supporting - Welding with the steel beam, make the whole board strong; simple construction, save the cost; and flat connects with the steel beam, lower consumption of high layer.
