產品名稱：歐萊斯彈性漆油墨系列
彈性漆專用油墨本產品采用高質改性樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，具有遮蓋力強、附著力佳、流平性好等特點。
適用范圍：手感漆專用油墨各種噴過手感漆、橡膠漆、彈性漆的工件表面絲印、移印。
印刷：
選用網目為250-350目的網板。
1．用配套專用稀釋劑開油
2．用718洗網水洗網。
3．添加10%的配套硬化劑增加附著力提高產品的通用性和墨層硬度。
干燥時間：
表干時間自然揮發5-10分鐘，實干時間在添加10%硬化劑，必需烘烤干燥65℃烘烤60分鐘；80℃烘烤30分鐘；后達*佳性能；
測試（完全干燥后）：
1．3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起沒異狀。
2．500克力橡皮耐磨60次，耐酒精50次以上。
測試方法（完全干燥后）：

3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。
4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事項：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。
2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
