關于進出口尼日利亞貨物單證操作的特別規定
根據尼日利亞港口當局發布的*新通知，從2010年1月11日（以提單日期為準）開始，所有進出口尼日利亞港口的貨物在裝船前都必須取得一個貨物跟蹤單（Cargo Tracing Note），并且在提單上注明貨物跟蹤單的號碼。因此，請各地代理嚴格執行通知內容，在訂艙時要求客戶提供貨物跟蹤單號碼，否則不接受貨物，并且將該號碼在提單和艙單上注明。附件是尼日利亞港口當局的通知原文，請參考并將內容告知客戶。
Special rule on cargo importing or exporting Nigeria
A notice was issued by Nigerian Ports Authority. It requires that, from 11th Jan., 2010（B/L date）, all cargo destined for or out of Nigeria (Import/Export) should obtain a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) prior of shipment and every bill of lading has to be accompanied by a corresponding CTN number.
Therefore, all agents concerned shall perform according to this notice. For all cargo destined for or out of Nigeria, please kindly ask the customers to offer the CTN number, otherwise the booking shall be refused. Then, the corresponding CTN number should be indicated both on the manifest and the bill of lading.
