<br />藥理作用：檸檬苦素類化合物主要存在于蕓香科植物果實中，如枳實（臍橙、柑桔、香橙）柚等中。以果核（種子）中含量較高，果皮中含量較少（約萬分之一至十萬分之五）。從柑桔屬植物中分離和鑒定的檸檬苦素類化合物約50多種，常見的有檸檬苦素（limomin、諾米林(nomilin)、脫乙酰諾米林(deacetylnomilin)、黃柏酮(obacunone)、米林酸(nomilinic acid)等，它們都是具有呋喃環的三萜類化合物。檸檬苦素類似物具有抗腫瘤、昆蟲拒食、抗病 毒、鎮痛、抗炎、催眠等多種生物活性。
