該機(jī)是公司開(kāi)發(fā)的大型新產(chǎn)品，適用于電廠破碎煤，產(chǎn)量大，達(dá)200—2000T/H，出料粒度均勻，殼體能液壓開(kāi)啟，檢修方便。設(shè)有測(cè)定電參數(shù)、主軸承溫度和振動(dòng)值的監(jiān)視盤，運(yùn)行安全可靠。設(shè)有風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)器，入料口變排風(fēng)為吸風(fēng)，能集中除塵，防止污染。設(shè)有同調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)，可調(diào)整出料粒度，并有安全保護(hù)作用。
This machine is a newly developed large product, used to crush the coal in power plant with the characteristics of large capacity, up to 200-2000T/H, even discharging particles, and the machine shell can be opened hydraulically to make the maintenance easily. It is equipped with a supervision disk to measure the electric data, main bearing temperature and vibration value, make the running more safe and reliable. It also has wind volume adjuster to change the wind of inlet from emitting into inhaling, which make sure it can deduct collectively to prevent environmental pollution. The synchronous adjustment mechanism can adjust the discharging particles and protect the machine simultaneously. |
