永盛凱芙拉纖維是一種高強度、輕質纖維，具有耐高溫，強度高，韌性好，燃燒時無煙、毒，耐腐蝕，防滑等特點。以進口的高強度凱芙拉為基材，采用進口先進設備以及工藝，涂覆優質 PTFE 樹脂制成，用凱芙拉纖維做成的各種網狀布和輸送帶在耐溫性，強度等方面比傳統的玻璃纖維材料都有了很大的提高。
凱芙拉纖維主要特點：
1. 強度高20.92 cN/dtex；
2. 線密度：1.667，比水重,沉于水；
3. 抗切割，熱穩定性好，在高溫下不熔，玻璃化轉變溫度約345°C；
4. 彎曲性能一般，打結易形成毛刺；
5. 拉伸性能好，斷裂伸長率：3.55%；
6. 凱芙拉纖維耐普通有機溶劑及鹽類溶液，耐強酸、強堿性差；
7. 對紫外線敏感，長時間暴露在陽光下，強度衰減約40%；
8. 外觀黃色
9. 價格相對便宜；
10. 凱芙拉纖維可根據客戶的要求涂覆特氟龍和硅膠，制作成高強度的輸送帶和高強度的耐高溫布
凱芙拉纖維主要應用范圍：
工業輸送帶，印染、微波等各種高溫烘干，防護手套，防彈衣等。
