性能與特點
Performance and characteristics:
1、 采用40#剛主軸，螺旋葉片采用Q345錳鋼焊接提高耐磨程度，根據不同物料特性設計壓縮比，達到*佳脫水、脫脂效果。
1. Adopt 40# steel shaft; the helical blade adopts Q345 manganese steel welding to improve the wear-resisting degree; design the compression ratio according to the properties of different materials, in order to reach the best dewatering and degreasing effect.
2、 采用勵磁調速，針對不同物料調節主軸轉速，根據產量大小主軸可做單軸或雙軸結構。
2. Adopt excitation governor and adjust the speed of the main shaft according to different materials. The main shaft can be made into single-shaft configuration or double-shaft configuration.
3、 篩網和外罩采用不銹鋼制作，提高抗腐蝕能力延長設備使用壽命。
3. The screen mesh and the outer cover adopt stainless steel, to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
4、 全封閉結構確保生產過程中無漏液現象，保持工作環境的整潔。

適用范圍：

蒸煮后的魚及下角料、水解的羽毛粉、蒸煮后的血、內臟、腸、餐廚垃圾的脫脂脫水。
