一、應(yīng)用范圍
防火耐高溫套管以高膨松性玻璃纖維或者特殊無堿玻璃纖維編織套管所制成，并覆以厚實的氧化鐵紅/藍(lán)硅膠，其能阻擋熔鐵噴濺，且不受高溫和火焰所損壞，具有阻燃、隔熱、保溫、抗電、柔軟等性能，這些特性使其適用于保護惡劣環(huán)境下的軟管、纜線和管路。可連續(xù)暴露于260℃的高溫中而不受損壞，可以耐1000℃高溫，1000℃破壞性試驗可以持續(xù)半個小時，半小時后外面涂層開始碳化，玻璃纖維完好無損。
其阻燃特性除了能夠有效的避免人員遭受高熱管線的燒燙傷害外,更能大幅度的節(jié)約熱能源流失的成本。產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于鋼鐵廠、冶煉廠、礦山、石油、玻璃廠等行業(yè)高溫設(shè)備的防火隔熱、電纜絕緣保護。
