TD-MC710金屬波齒墊通過模壓、滾壓或車削等工藝把金屬平環(huán)加工成同心的波形圈，表面粘貼膨脹石墨或四氟等非金屬，與TD-KF710金屬齒形墊相比，其內(nèi)襯金屬可選擇多種的厚度，如3mm, 2mm等，且金屬波距根據(jù)密封面的寬度不同而不同，一般為3mm, 4mm,6mm
TD-MC710 Corrugated metal gasket the gasket consists of a metal core with concentric grooves on both sides, coated with expanded graphite or PTFE layer. The thickness of metal can be thinner, e.g. 3mm, 2mm, 1mm, 0.5mm, compared with TD-KF710 Kammprofile gasket, and the corrugation pitch is 3mm, 4mm or 6mm depending on the width of the sealing face.
在法蘭及交換器裝置中已被證明，能提供可靠有效的密封，尤其是在大尺寸的煙、氣管道，低壓、高溫，或扭曲不平的法蘭中，更顯有效。也能解決非金屬墊片在大尺寸場合不易安裝及使用的難題。
TD-MC710 have been proven to be both reliable and cost-effective for flange and heat exchange application, especially used in low-pressure applications in large diameter flue gas ducts at high temperature, also suitable for uneven or distorted sealing surfaces. It eliminates the problem of difficult handing with large non-metal gaskets used in those applications.
