2019年9月17日某貨代公司向我司投保一批運往英國利物浦地區的汽車零配件-密封圈,invoice貨值為RMB642005.08,加乘后保險金額為RMB706,205.59,承保海運一切險條款,此票免賠為普通貨物免賠:DEDUCTIBLE:USD200 OR 5% OF THE LOSS,WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.10月24號上午10點左右,發貨人接收貨人反饋,貨物有貨損,并發回損失圖片,初步估損金額在19000RMB左右, 貨代公司并通知我司此單有破損,并告知估損金額,因貨損金額不大,可以走小案件快速賠付通道,我司指引客戶直接向平安公司報案即可,平安會有專人理賠人員進行跟進,無需聯系目的港的查勘代理機構,該日下午14:15分,平安理賠人員發郵件告知所需要提供的資料明細如下:
1. 正本保單;Original policy.
2. 正本提單(如是電放,須提供清晰的復印件);Original bill of lading (If surrendered/telex-released B/L, please offer a clear copy with the stamp of surrendered/telex-released).
3. 正本發票和正本裝箱單;Original commercial invoice & packing list with shipper’s stamp and signature.
4. 集裝箱裝箱過程照片和/或監裝報告;Color photos of loading the container.
5. 開箱時照片、貨損照片; Color photos of the damaged cargo and the container when opening the door.
6. 責任方出具的貨損/事故證明;the damage/accident report issued by the concern party;
7. 收貨人致平安的索賠函和索賠清單(請參考附件1); Consignee’s claim letter to Ping An which clarify the policy no, damage situation, the claim amount and detailed account information.
8. 如發生殘值處理或維修,請提供相應的發票/合同,以及支付憑證;if salvage action or recondition, please submit the relevant invoices/contracts and the certificate of payment of such fe |
