一、勞工部分
1) Business license & Taxation registration (工廠營業(yè)執(zhí)照及稅務(wù)登記)
2) Worker handbook incl. factory rules & regulation, worker benefit, termination etc.
(員工手冊(cè) (包括廠規(guī),廠紀(jì) 如: 對(duì)員工表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估系統(tǒng),工廠的獎(jiǎng)懲制度,工資制度等2 員工福利, 解除合同的程式等)
3) Recruitment material such as advertisements, hiring practice description.
(招工廣告, 招工過程描述)
4) Orientation/training provides to new comers including factory organization, history, policies, regulations, systems, health, safety & environmental regulation etc.
(新員工的培訓(xùn)記錄, 如：對(duì)工廠的介紹, 廠規(guī)廠紀(jì), 安全環(huán)保的規(guī)定, 注意事項(xiàng)等)
5) Factory organizational chart & floor plan (工廠的組織機(jī)構(gòu)圖及平面圖)
6) The update local laws e.g. minimum wage, social insurance policy etc.
(政府新檔. 如:低工資,社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的規(guī)定, 綜合計(jì)時(shí)申批記錄等)
7) Worker personal file: new employee application form; employee I/D card copy and supporting document; leave request form for all kinds of leave; disciplinary record e.g. warning letter; resignation record.
(員工資料：新員工申請(qǐng)表, 員工身份證影本及支撐文件, 各種請(qǐng)假申請(qǐng)表,獎(jiǎng)懲記錄, 辭工記錄)
8) Labour contract (勞動(dòng)合同)
9) Worker voluntary overtime working record/document (工人志愿加班記錄/檔)
10) Social insurance record; Occupational accident insurance record.

11) Complaint records; Discipline records (訴苦記錄, 鍛鏈記錄)
12) Juvenile workers’ record e.g. list of juvenile workers, tracking system
