森鉑低溫能源裝備的二氧化碳裝置根據(jù)原料氣（以酒精發(fā)酵、碳酸鹽煅燒、合成氨、乙烯催化氧化及煤氣化工藝所產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳?xì)怏w為原料）不同，采取針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)過(guò)濾、吸附、反應(yīng)、洗滌、分離、精餾等多種方法對(duì)二氧化碳中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行脫除，最終達(dá)到工業(yè)級(jí)/食品級(jí)/電子級(jí)別的二氧化碳提純及液化目的，能提供EPC工程總承包服務(wù)。
Our CO2 plant adopt targeted design for different gas sources (The carbon dioxide gas produced by alcoholic fermentation, carbonate calcination, ammonia synthesis, ethylene catalytic oxidation and coal gasification process as raw materials). Theimpurities in carbon dioxide can be removed by filtration, adsorption, reaction, washing, separation,distillationand other methods, so as to achieve the purposeof purification and liquefaction of industrial/food/electronic grade carbon dioxide.

1. 整套裝置采用針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)，即針對(duì)用戶不同成分的原料氣進(jìn)行不同設(shè)計(jì)，在確保產(chǎn)品功能的同時(shí)盡量減少設(shè)備投資及運(yùn)行能耗；
2. 設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)練，占地面積小，安裝方便；
3. 控制系統(tǒng)采用集散控制系統(tǒng)（DCS系統(tǒng)），操作簡(jiǎn)單，可實(shí)現(xiàn)24小時(shí)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)無(wú)人值守；
4. 整套設(shè)備二氧化碳接觸部分采用全不銹鋼材質(zhì)，安全性、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)。
