（1）飼料木質化程度一般飼料中由于有半纖維素和木質素結合成柵欄的屏障，阻礙消化道中微生物對粗纖維分解。所以，飼料粗纖維中木質素的含量是影響粗纖維消化的主要因素。植物的木質化程度與木質素含量成正比，粗纖維的消化率與木質素含量成反比。
