用途：對(duì)于電子部件、精密儀器形成高性能的防油擴(kuò)散及防潮保護(hù)層。
與之配合使用的還有用于控制離子，金屬和非揮發(fā)性殘?jiān)?M? Novec? HFE-7100DL電子清洗液
3M? Novec? EGC-1700可用于印刷線(xiàn)路板（PWBs）的保護(hù)涂層。使用后的PWBs表面留有一層非常薄的透明膜，起到極佳的防潮，防粘效果，對(duì)于各種低表面張力液體，諸如：油污、硅油、抗光蝕溶液等均有效。

3M? Novec? EGC-1720 Electronic Coating is a clear, low viscosity solution of a
fluorosilane polymer carried in a hydrofluoroether solvent. This material covalently
bonds to glass and metal oxide layers, forming an effective anti-smudge coating on
anti-reflective surfaces. As such, the product can be used in a variety of electronics
applications, such as anti-reflective (AR) flat panel displays; various electronic
components; pellicles; MEMS; semiconductor chips and components; fiber optics;
cellular phone components; and other sensitive materials.
Novec EGC-1720 coating dries to a thin (50-100?) transparent film with excellent
anti-wetting, anti-stiction and anti-migration properties. The solvent component is
nonflammable, low in toxicity and provides an acceptable environmental profile for
today’s demanding electronic applications. The product contains no volatile organic
compounds (VOCs). |
