尼日利亞國家標準局（Standard Organization of Nigeria, SON） 是尼日利亞負責制定和執行進口商品和本國制造 產品質量標準的政府機構。為確保管制產品符合已獲準施行的該國技術標準或其他國際標準，保護尼日利亞消費者免受不安全產品或不符合標準的產品的損害，尼日利亞國家標準局決定對出口到該國的管制產品實施裝船前強制性合格評定程序（以下簡稱SONCAP）。
尼日利亞SONCAP實施多年后，按*新通知將在2013年4月1日起實施新的SONCAP政策，和以往的SONCAP相比，變動很大。出口商每次出貨不再申請SONCAP, 改為申請COC. 出口商拿到COC后提供給進口商申請SC. SC由進口商在當地SONCAP機構直接申請。此外，根據產品的風險類別要求現場抽樣測試、驗貨和監裝。
