5.2.1 放料校平一體機(jī)
放料機(jī)校平一體機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)：
板料寬度：≤200 mm；材料厚度≤2.5mm；
料卷內(nèi)徑：φ508mm； 內(nèi)徑漲縮范圍ф480-520 mm；
料卷***大外徑:φ1200mm;承載重量：≤4T
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
a.放料架與校平機(jī)一體，不占空間，操作簡單，采用變變徑托料裝置方便裝料及缷料
b.整機(jī)采用整體鋼構(gòu)機(jī)體，具有結(jié)構(gòu)堅固，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，占地少，省空間。
c.滾輪經(jīng)熱處理淬火HRC58度后，鍍鉻再研磨，耐用性強(qiáng)。
