鳥(niǎo)苷三磷酸
三磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷 (CAS 56001-37-7, GTP，guanosine triphosphate, guanosine-5'-triphosphate, 9-β-D-ribofuranosylguanine-5'-triphosphate, 9-β-D-ribofuranosyl-2-amino-6-oxo-purine-5'-triphosphate )即是鳥(niǎo)嘌呤-5'-三磷酸。在生物化學(xué)的全名為9-β-D-呋喃核糖鳥(niǎo)嘌呤-5'-三磷酸，或者是9-β-D-呋喃核糖-2-氨基-6-氧-嘌呤-5'-三磷酸。GTP是DNA復(fù)制時(shí)的引物（Primer，其實(shí)是RNA）和轉(zhuǎn)錄（即是mRNA的生物合成）時(shí)的鳥(niǎo)嘌呤核苷酸的提供者。它是三羧酸循環(huán)中琥珀酸輔酶A轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殓晁徇^(guò)程中的能量載體，它可以和ATP相互轉(zhuǎn)換。
GTP也是細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的重要物質(zhì)，在此過(guò)程中它會(huì)在GTPase作用下轉(zhuǎn)化為GDP。
可用于醫(yī)藥用作能量合劑或合成其核酸類(lèi)物質(zhì).
