嵌套式單頭加熱管是由空心管套和單頭加熱管組成，由于該加熱器沒有直接和所需加熱的物體直接接觸，而是通過將外殼先固定，然后再將加熱管插入其中固定加熱，從而能很好的避開了污垢和贓物使用安全、干凈。同時該加熱管安裝、更換簡便，由于加熱管沒有直接和物體接觸，而是通過固定法蘭和加熱管法蘭之間用不銹鋼螺釘固定，所以更換加熱管時，只要松緊其固定的不銹鋼螺釘，就可直接拆卸、更換。
