1、 速度與供膠量采用交流變頻控制，膠量與速度可自動(dòng)同步跟蹤也可手動(dòng)調(diào)整；
2、 溫度控制系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的PID控制，誤差在±1℃以內(nèi)；
3、 冷卻裝置擴(kuò)大了基材的應(yīng)用范圍；
4、 高精度的硬質(zhì)合金鋼模頭保證了高品質(zhì)的涂布精度質(zhì)量；
5、 熔膠箱涂有防粘涂層，有效地防止熱熔膠的炭化現(xiàn)象；
6、 配置了精密計(jì)量的齒輪泵，使膠箱的出膠量更加準(zhǔn)確均勻。
1. An AC converter control is used for both speed and quantity of glue freeding,for which both automatic synchronous tracking and manual control are available.
2. The Advanced PID control is used for the temperature control system and the error is with in 1℃.
3. The expansion of the applicable range of the basic materials is made available with the cooling device.
4. High precision proof coated layer with the glue melting box effectively prevent the hot melt a dhesive against being carbonized.
5. Collocate the precision metric gear,make adhesive further more even to produce the adhesive.
