一、汽車淋雨試驗室 設備用途
用途：
本防雨密封性試驗裝置要保證從各個方向對工件(客車、汽車、貨車等)噴水，避免出現噴水死角和降雨空白區域，并保證噴水壓力達到要求。通過試驗確保整機的防雨密封性能和質量。
試驗內容：車輛的前部、后部，左右兩部、頂部、底部淋雨試驗
符合QC/T476-2007標準

二、設計參數：
1.設備功能：用于汽車、農用車等交通工具淋雨實驗。
2.淋雨強度：兩側及頂部為平均8-12±1mm/min。
3.電源：AC 三相380V±5% 50Hz
4.噴嘴噴射壓力:79-150kPa±10 kPa
5.用途：適用于檢測戶外機動車的防水密封性，通過淋雨房，把淋雨檢測的條件與外面自然狀態相類似，來確認汽車的水密封狀態的設備，對可能漏雨的部位實施結構改善。
6.壓力表：在水泵的出口處安裝壓力表，壓力：0-0.5 MPa。（壓力采用變頻器控制）
7.流量計：在水泵的出口調流閥后安裝流量計，流量：1-25m3/h
8.淋雨檢測房框架外廓尺寸（長×寬×高）m：

三、淋雨房房體結機：
1.淋雨室總尺寸：依實際車輛尺寸長寬高定制；
2.房體：淋雨室房體為通過式，外壁板采用4mm透明陽光板，防止水濺出；可防銹、保溫、隔熱、不開裂、不變形、度滲水、堅固耐用。
3.房內有照明；墻角做防水處理；用于觀察淋雨間的淋雨情況。
4.淋雨工作間設有光照強度≥300Lux，照明燈要求防水、防霧、便于維修和更換。
5.固定支架：試驗間內固定支架選用304不銹鋼方通38×38mm，厚1.5m |
