一）用途
XCLL3系列單雙邊自動送料精密液壓四柱平面下料機是引進國外先進技術，自行研制開發生產的產品。
主要適用于皮革、塑膠、布類、皮包、玩具、發泡片、橡膠制品、軟木片等各種需要用刀模裁斷的裁切物，均可適用。
（二）特點：
1、裁切壓力主要有：300KN、350KN、400KN、500KN、600KN、800KN、1000KN等可滿足不同客戶的生產要求。
2、以二段式裁斷，第一段下降，第二段集中壓力，以高壓裁斷，此法裁斷物刀口整齊，增長機械壽命，且節省耗電量。
3、雙油缸，四柱自動平衡連桿結構，保證每一個裁斷位置裁斷深度完全相同。
4、中央自動潤滑系統，確保機器精度及提高機器耐用度。
5、設有電磁計數顯示，能正確告訴你裁斷的次數，提高工作效率。
6、低噪音，動作寧靜。
7、設有緊急停車裝置。
8、根據用戶要求選用單雙邊自動送料裝置。

(A)Usage
XCLL3 Series Hydraulic Four-column Plane Cutting Machine,Introduce overseas advanced technology , Self-developed, development and production of the products.
The machine is applicable to die cutting operation of various nonmetal slices materials by die cutter. For example: such as leather,shoe industry,plastic,colth,bags,toys,foamed sheet,rubber,cork sheet,etc.
