四、手工、皂香皂清關所需資料(Required information)：
PACKING LIST , INVOICE,貿易合同/信用證、原產地證/自由銷售證明、工商營業執照、標簽審核申請表（3份）、中文標簽樣張（3份）、原標簽及中文翻譯件、反映產品特定屬性的證明材料，供應商提供的成分證明,出口國衛生證書,檢驗報告,檢疫證明

五、進口報關費用(cost)：
