折彎?rùn)C(jī)機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的方法
1、嚴(yán)格按照操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行操作。
2、每次開(kāi)機(jī)前按潤(rùn)滑圖表要求定時(shí)、定點(diǎn)、定量加潤(rùn)滑油，油應(yīng)清潔無(wú)沉淀。
3、機(jī)床必須經(jīng)常保持清潔，未油漆的部分應(yīng)涂抹防銹油脂。
4、電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑漾油要定期更換加注，并經(jīng)常檢查電器部分工作是否正常安全可靠。
5、定期檢查鏈條、手柄、旋鈕、按鍵是否損壞，磨損嚴(yán)重的應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，并報(bào)備件補(bǔ)充。
6、定期檢查修理開(kāi)關(guān)、保險(xiǎn)、手柄、保證其工作可靠。
7、每天下班前10分鐘，對(duì)機(jī)床加油潤(rùn)滑及擦洗清潔機(jī)床。
8、嚴(yán)禁非指定人員操作該設(shè)備，平常必須做到人離機(jī)停。 |
