FU-1銅基含油軸承，是以錫青銅粉末為原料，經(jīng)過模具壓制，在高溫中燒結(jié)后整形而成。它的基體有細(xì)微、均布的孔隙、經(jīng)潤滑油真空浸漬后形成含油狀態(tài)。該產(chǎn)品由短期不加油潤滑，使用成本低，內(nèi)外徑尺寸可變化等特點(diǎn)，適用于中速，底載荷的場所使用。產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于家用電機(jī)、電動(dòng)工具、紡織機(jī)械、化工機(jī)械、汽車工業(yè)和辦公設(shè)備等場合。
