產品 介紹:
該設備主要用于生產捆扎繩、打包繩等，常見的有啤酒捆扎、日用捆扎等。配備裂膜纖化機，可應用于開網撕裂膜的生產加工，應用于電纜填充料及塑料裂膜縫包線的生產。
1、 螺桿、料筒經氮化處理及精密加工，硬度高、耐磨、抗腐蝕；
2、 整機采用高位剎車驅動，保證收卷整齊；
3、 電氣部位采用剎車控制，比常規節電30%
4、 噪音低、無塵、環保節能。
5、 本機組由塑料擠出機，冷卻系統，牽引架，拉伸烘箱，收卷機等五大部件組成，擠出機料筒，螺桿經高頻氮化處理，模頭采用45#中碳鋼鍛打處理，
