HT—Y319E系列交流伺服包裝機(jī)
該機(jī)采用先進(jìn)的工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)控制原理，通過(guò)中文觸摸式彩色液晶顯示屏及兩組高精度定位的交流伺服系統(tǒng)，方便準(zhǔn)確地完成制袋尺寸、包裝容量、包裝速度、自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)等功能參數(shù)的設(shè)置。本機(jī)使用三段輥筒封口方式。根據(jù)包裝物料的不同，可選擇多種計(jì)量裝置方式，（如用于粘體包裝的氣動(dòng)泵和海霸泵、用于液體包裝的磁力泵、用于粘體包裝且必須連續(xù)填充的羅塔里泵等），是理想的液體粘稠自動(dòng)填充包裝機(jī)。該機(jī)采用兩組交流伺服電機(jī)，具有噪聲低、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠、動(dòng)作精確和耐用等特點(diǎn)。

HT-Y319E series machinery is dual AC servo control transverse closure ,the control system makes the packaging equipment is more accurate positioning so as to make accurate parameter setting such as bag-design size, packing capacity, packing speed and automatic calibration since prompted the adoption of touch-screen human-machine dialogue in Chinese. This machine is triangular sealing seal packaging. This machine can choose different measurement device according to different packing materials, such as pneumatic pump and Hai Ba pump for pasty material packing, magnetic drive pump for liquids packing and rotary pump for liquids packing and successive stuffing. This machine is equipped with two AC servo motor and is characterized by low noise, stable moving, packing precision and durable.

適用于各類液體或粘稠體，如洗發(fā)水、洗衣液，農(nóng)藥、葉面肥、番茄醬、調(diào)味醬等。
