CM-A100是西美半導體材料有限公司研發的環保型水性防銹液，產品呈弱堿性，可應用于半導體拋光器材比如研磨盤以及類似鑄鐵表面的防銹。CM-A100不含亞硝酸鈉、磷酸鹽等行業禁用的有毒有害物質，具有防銹能力強、環保性能優異、使用過程中對金屬無任何腐蝕等特點，可取代油性防銹產品以及傳統水性防銹產品。
CM-A100 is an environment friendly liquid, mildly alkaline organic rust preventive designed for direct application to semiconductor polishing equipments such as lapping plates and similar surfaces. The product is sodium nitrite and phosphate free, with strong rust resistance, excellent environmental performance and have no damage to mechanical equipments, it can replace oil-base antirust products as well as traditional water-based anti-rust products.
