CGM-2001型高強無收縮灌漿料是北京海巖業興混凝土外加劑有限公司與云南省昆明市百強建筑材料廠共同研制.開發的一種新型特種建筑材料。
本品分為三種

產品介紹
CGM-2001型百強牌高強無收縮灌漿料與傳統的細石混凝土及環氧化砂漿相比，具有流動性更好、強度更高、耐老化、耐高溫、高抗滲、防蛻變、無收縮、膨脹性好、施工易于控制、簡便快捷等特點。其1天強度大于20MPa，3天強度大于30Mpa設備安裝后72小時可試機運轉，28天強度達到60-80MPa，本品均達到灌漿材料行業標準及國家標準。
GM-2002型高強無收縮灌漿料具有半天強度更高的特點， 1天強度可達30Mpa,主要用于快速搶修或更換設備的基礎灌漿,創造極大的經濟效益。CGM-2002型具有超強、高強等特點， 1-2天設備安裝完畢后可運行生產。自流態大,現場只需加水攪拌后即可進行施工，不需振搗便可充填全部間隙。微膨脹:以保證灌漿料與基礎緊密接觸。耐久性200萬次疲勞實驗，50次凍融循環試驗，強度無明顯變化�？褂蜐B:在機油中浸泡30天后其強度比浸油前提高10%以上。
適用范圍與施工技術方法:
一、鋼骨結構基礎接縫填充灌漿。２、機械設備地腳螺栓、錨栓基座的固定灌漿。３、橋梁基座，支撐墊混凝土面層，巖基灌漿。４、連續墻，逆打墻柱、地下室墻板，后打耐震壁。５、鋼廠、電廠、機械廠等的快速修護灌漿。６、橋面、伸縮縫、路面、機場跑道快速養護修復。７、軌道板、預制水泥制品缺角及裂縫修復。
二、加水量一般應按隨貨提供的產品出廠合格證上的推薦用水量加入，一般為用水量的13-15%，該產品不需振搗、灌注施工完成后,終凝以后開始進行灑水養護.養護期4-7天。本品使用機械攪拌機械攪拌不低于3分鐘、人工攪拌不少于4-5分鐘，每2200 公斤高強無收縮灌漿料為1立方。
