◆ 采用傾斜可調式分紙立刀，可隨紙杯套的弧度而調節一定的角度，能使瓦楞紙不會出現卡紙/雙張現象；
◆ 自動糾邊功能，可使盒子直線運行，能更好的保證上膠均勻平直；
◆ 采用耐高溫纖維網狀輸送帶；
◆ 紅外線高功率加熱管；
◆ 安全的低壓直流冷卻風扇；
◆ 主機及副機均可單獨無極調速；
Full automatic paper cup sleeve machine, totally developed by ourselves, is a high performance paper cup making machine including drying and gluing. Its main functions are:
◆ It adopts adjustable declining blade. It can be adjustable according to different cup's radian avoid double sheets feeding or feeding jam.
◆ Automatic correction function, make paper sleeve delivered in straight line and ensure the even and straight gluing effect.
◆ It adopts high-temperature net conveyor.
◆ It adopts IR high power heater.
◆ It adopts low voltage DC cooling fan.
◆ Host and accessory's frequency speed regulator is separately. |
