2019年材料科學(xué)和工程國(guó)際會(huì)議ICMSE 2019將于2019年12月26-28日在日本京都的京都研究公園會(huì)議部舉行，ICMSE 2019由國(guó)際生物和環(huán)境研究學(xué)會(huì)承辦。

論文評(píng)審及出版
1、論文必須是英文稿件，且論文應(yīng)具有學(xué)術(shù)或?qū)嵱脙r(jià)值，未在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊或會(huì)議發(fā)表過(guò)。發(fā)表論文的作者需提交全文進(jìn)行同行評(píng)審，只做報(bào)告不發(fā)表論文的作者只需提交摘要。
2、論文必須要有摘要、題目、作者、單位、必要的圖標(biāo)、結(jié)果、主要參考文獻(xiàn)等。
3、論文需按照會(huì)議官網(wǎng)的模板排版，不得少于6頁(yè)。
4、審稿流程：本次會(huì)議采用先投稿，先送專家評(píng)審的方式進(jìn)行，審稿周期約2周。
5、投稿流程：投稿→審稿→錄用→繳費(fèi)→開具發(fā)票→論文集→提交檢索。
會(huì)議交通
1. From Kansai International Airport to Kyoto City
A. MK Skygateshuttle
This service takes you directly to your destination. A Shuttle reservation is required 2 days before your arrival date. The Meeting point (MK counter) is located next to Gate H of the airport South Exit. Traveling time is about 120 minutes.
B. Kansai Airport Limited Express HARUKA, by Japan Railway(JR)
Traveling time to Kyoto Station is 75 minutes. The tickets can be purchased at the station office.
C. Limousine Bus, by KATE (Kansai Airport Transportation Enterprise)
This bus leaves every 30-40 minutes. Traveling time to JR Kyoto Station is about 85 minutes. The tickets can be purchased from vending machines located near the bus stops.
2. From JR Kyoto Station to KRP
A. Taxi
10 minutes (Approx. 1,000 JPY)
B. JR San-in (Sagano) line (Local)
Please get off at the second stop, Tambaguchi Station (4 minutes, 140 JPY). 4 minutes to walk from the station to Kyoto Research Park.
